All online content provided through the Everfit platform is licensed to a single user only. Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, transfer, resell, or provide access to any purchased program or materials to any third party or person.

SERVICE

Busy Girl Strength Club Foundations is a self-guided digital fitness program delivered through the Everfit platform. Your purchase includes access to the program workouts, exercise video demonstrations, educational resources, and any materials included within the program for the access period specified at the time of purchase.

This program is intended for educational and informational purposes only and does not include individualized coaching, personalized workout programming, nutrition counseling, weekly check-ins, or messaging support unless otherwise expressly stated.

PAYMENTS

All transactions conducted through Mads for Movement are handled by a dedicated third-party payment processor to ensure your payment information is secure. Card information is not stored by Mads for Movement and is processed through the payment provider associated with your purchase. Please refer to the applicable payment processor's Terms & Conditions, as they are responsible for processing all transactions.

Mads for Movement reserves the right to amend or update any information, including but not limited to pricing, program content, technical specifications, Terms & Conditions, and product offerings without prior notice.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of Busy Girl Strength Club Foundations and the immediate access provided to program materials upon purchase, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or credits will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with the program or failure to complete the program.

In consideration of my participation in Busy Girl Strength Club Foundations, I understand that I am purchasing access to a self-guided digital fitness program and acknowledge that I have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Liability Waiver, and all applicable policies and procedures associated with my participation.
